hehe.. yesterday Free Maggi Mee.. today Free Nescafe... thought that today can go for the Free SPA again tim.. but who knows they recognize me -_-... no FREE SPA today.. sad sad... sob sob....

now considering whether tomorrow should i go for the Health Screening...... it cost RM50 for
1. Full Blood Count
2. Liver Function Tests
3. Renal Function Tests
4. Lipid Profile
5. Blood Grouping
6. Blood Glucose

if wanna have HIV Screening, Hepatitis Screening, Tyroid Function, and VDRL then have to add another RM30...
izzit worth it arr???
